About the role :

OLIVER is hiring an Integrated Junior Producer to join the team!

In this role you will undertake the production of digital and print projects. We are looking for someone with digital and print production skills who can move easily from resizing assets to changing text in a print ad.

Our ideal candidate loves the detail and repetition of production and a fast paced team environment.

What you will be doing :

  • Working with globally supplied creative, delivering end to end management of above the line) campaigns. Channels : TV, website, social and events
  • Delivering project ownership, with support from the Account Team, including :
  • Providing direction to creative and production via standard forms and tools (briefs, change orders, production turnovers)
  • Communicating project milestones to all relevant cross-functional team members
  • Developing and managing project timelines
  • Weekly status reports delivered both internally and externally with client
  • Interrogating job requests and creating production ready briefs
  • Work collaboratively, motivate and encourage the closest and wider teams ensuring all team members remain focused on delivering the best work possible and feel supported in doing so
  • Be pro-active and therefore anticipate and rectify issues at project outset before they become a problem. Identify, manage and mitigate against project risks at all times
  • Plan and schedule projects efficiently therefore ensuring the optimum use of company resources
  • Communicate project status both internally and externally according to agreed account process
  • Oversee the creative output; acting as guardian to ensure quality is kept high across all projects.
  • Strive to follow and implement the best practice production process within OLIVER and with clients
  • What you need to be great in this role :

  • 3-5 years experience working in an agency / high volume production environment
  • Experience working in an advertising agency
  • Experience delivering creative or creative production for paid media campaigns. Cross channel experience; TV, OOH, Press, Digital Display, Social, Email, Website.
  • Experience with multiple projects at once
  • A mindset that thrives in fast paced environment, with high volumes of activity
  • Be a solutions focused team member, with confident communication skills both internally and externally with client
  • Strong project management skills and highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to quickly immerse in brands and problem-solve
  • Smooth team operations with flawless execution of projects on time, on budget, and with excellence
  • Confident in leading daily and project stand ups
  • estimating, timings, costs and invoicing
  • Past experience in managing external stakeholder relationships such as media agencies
  • Comfortable with working with remote clients and functional team in different time zones and culture
  • Experience managing projects from briefing to delivery
