However, it takes a concerted and consistent effort.Pye Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Corporate Sales Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our service teams and equip them with the tools and knowledge to provide the most effective customer service possible.
The Corporate Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and executing training programs that focus on :
Building customer relationships through daily interaction
Reporting all vehicle issues to customers
Educating customers on preventative maintenance
Recommending good, better, and best products based on customer needs
Effectively communicating and interacting with customers
Making follow-up contact with customers
Recommending maintenance based on vehicle age and history
Compiling an overall estimate of costs for customers
Monitoring repair progress of all vehicles in repair shop
Ensuring all services on final invoice have been completed
Explaining all fees, work and suggested upkeep to clientsThe overarching goal of the Sales and Service Trainer will be to :
Increase revenue for the group’s dealerships and aftermarket automotive retail locations.
Develop the skill set of our customer facing team members.
Standardize communication scripts for in person and phone in customers.
Develop onboarding sales training program for new hires.
Evaluate team members on customer interactions and sales performance. Qualifications
Previous experience or knowledge of the Automotive industry.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales experience.
5+ years experience in sales.
Experience in sales training preferred.
Highly developed interpersonal skills.
Excellent coaching skills.
Familiar with performance management methods.
Very self-motivated and goal oriented
