What We’re Looking For
This is a new addition to our Marketing team. An integral member of the Corporate Marketing leadership team, the successful candidate will directly contribute to the development of marketing strategies related to SOTI ONE Platform market adoption, and end to end oversight of all go to market and lifecycle product initiatives.
Bring your in-depth technical abilities and extensive experience in developing value proposition-based Go-To-Market strategies, to our organization.
This is a key role that will build, coach and lead a team responsible for setting our global Product Marketing strategy.
A strong leadership vision is tables takes, coupled with demonstrable hands-on execution to develop processes, tools and key materials leveraging our existing structure as a base to grow and build upon.
The ability to listen and understand first, and not be confined by tradition is essential. A fast-paced, get stuff done and always be shipping mindset is the essential DNA of this role.

What You’ll Do
Ensure Product Marketing works cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales and Development to provide strategic counsel, leadership, best practices, while designing and producing product messaging that resonates.
Hire, lead and develop a team that will make an impact with a strong vision, defined goals and solid foundation that will scale globally amongst a distributed organization, and rapidly growing team.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to illuminate the so what’ of new and updated products and features to different audiences like customers, sales, partners and internal stakeholders.
From development to execution, understand the customer journey from both a technical and business-value perspective to redevelop product marketing messaging that is value focused, rooted in technical acumen.
Experience leading Marketing Communications Teams to develop messaging, positioning and competitive differentiation, feeding into global campaigns and programs, which include : events (virtual is the current focus), digital properties for demand generation, partner communications, videos and sales collateral to drive lead gen and drive sales.
Build a bridge and collaborative partnerships with product and sales, coupled with an unwavering focus and innate ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and bring them back to basics.
Develop a solid vision and foundation to create meaningful marketing content that drives adoption and net new customer acquisition.
Experience You’ll Bring
15+ years of experience in product marketing, with experience in enterprise software (B2B technical expertise).
Proven leadership experience hiring, leading and developing a high-performing team.
Demonstrable analytical skills to understand complex technical concepts, coupled with a marketing / business background.
A proven ability to prioritize and manage projects with various levels of complexity, while thoughtfully considering stakeholder input essential.
Ability to persuade and pivot on the fly to adjust to rapidly changing business decisions with ease.
Proven writing and editing skills in a product marketing capacity communicating value proposition, with an eye for detail.
A portfolio of published writing is a bonus (eg blogs, research reports, messaging frameworks, thought leadership presentations).
Outstanding communication and cross-group collaboration skills with comfort working across multiple time zones and cultures.
Comfortable presenting to a large audience and to the executive leadership team.
Attention to detail required, while balancing multiple competing priorities with ease.
