  • Your challenge! Reporting to the Production Manager, you will have the following responsibilities : Personally commit and provide strong leadership in health and safety and ensure world class results in safety, quality, waste, OEE, continuous improvement and 5S;
  • Motivate and engage employees, provide coaching and optimize production performance; Help develop and implement operational strategy and effectively optimize resources to maximize achievement of efficiency targets;
  • Coordinate the daily planning of production and manage changes to lineups; Ensure compliance with standardized manufacturing practices and procedures;
  • Support employee development and ensure necessary training is received; Maximize synergy and foster collaboration among departments and business units;
  • Serve as resource person within the group to fulfill various requests.Job Responsibilities Direct relative experience in manufacturing and / or post-

  • secondary education; A safe attitude at all times and ability to promote an engaged culture; Ability to be a member of a team, collaborate with others and be accountable;
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive and propose solutions; Ability to be open minded and react favorably to changes;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships; Ability to listen and communicate with empathy;

  • Knowledge of SAP and proficient use of various computer programs; Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of the corrugated industry would be an asset.
