The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing the recruiting strategy and building strong relationships for multiple locations in geographic region.

Responsibilities include : managing recruitment activity through an ATS and hiring process, pro-active sourcing of candidates, maximizing the utilization of recruiting Job boards / Internet Recruiting / Talent vendors, coordinating advertising and grass roots recruiting efforts for each location.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute to the Company’s reputation, growth and success.

Duties :

  • Facilitiates the development and implementation of the overall attraction strategy for locations within a designated geographic area.
  • Provides consultative direction and support for strategic partners. Ability to work individually and within a team environment, including virtual team members to meet firm deadlines.

  • Maximizes the ATS for job board integration, position management, candidate metrics, candidate movement and works with locations to ensure candidates are being screened in a timely manner.
  • Partner with location managers to ensure advertising sources are cost effective and yield positive results. Evaluate ad copy to ensure information is updated and ads are competitive in the market.
  • Provide ATS training and ongoing system support to internal users.
  • Reports weekly / monthly / quarterly analytics and KPI’s to manager for specific geographic area. Attends regularly scheduled conference calls to provide recruitment strategy updates.
  • Attends job fairs, campus events, contracts outplacement agencies, recruiting and outsourcing events to attract candidates.
  • Identifies future talent needs by proactively recruiting and sourcing; develops talent pipelines.

  • Provides optimal levels of customer service, develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers and location staff.
  • Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • 2+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within a high volume industry
  • Comprehensive and effective utilization of an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Previous experience pro-actively sourcing candidates, and full cycle recruiting
  • Experience using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
