The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for implementing the recruiting strategy and building strong relationships for multiple locations in geographic region.
Responsibilities include : managing recruitment activity through an ATS and hiring process, pro-active sourcing of candidates, maximizing the utilization of recruiting Job boards / Internet Recruiting / Talent vendors, coordinating advertising and grass roots recruiting efforts for each location.

Facilitiates the development and implementation of the overall attraction strategy for locations within a designated geographic area.
Provides consultative direction and support for strategic partners. Ability to work individually and within a team environment, including virtual team members to meet firm deadlines.
Maximizes the ATS for job board integration, position management, candidate metrics, candidate movement and works with locations to ensure candidates are being screened in a timely manner.
Partner with location managers to ensure advertising sources are cost effective and yield positive results. Evaluate ad copy to ensure information is updated and ads are competitive in the market.
Provide ATS training and ongoing system support to internal users.
Reports weekly / monthly / quarterly analytics and KPI’s to manager for specific geographic area. Attends regularly scheduled conference calls to provide recruitment strategy updates.
Attends job fairs, campus events, contracts outplacement agencies, recruiting and outsourcing events to attract candidates.
Identifies future talent needs by proactively recruiting and sourcing; develops talent pipelines.
Provides optimal levels of customer service, develops and maintains strong, effective working relationships with hiring managers and location staff.
Foster relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

2+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within a high volume industry
Comprehensive and effective utilization of an Applicant Tracking System.
Previous experience pro-actively sourcing candidates, and full cycle recruiting
Experience using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc) to drive networking and candidate pool development
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Time management skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment activities simultaneously
