  • YOUR FIRST-YEAR DELIVERABLES

  • Work closely with the IS&T, Digital, Marketing and Product Management (Parts, Accessories and Clothing) teams to improve the sales performance of our online store
  • Work with the Purchasing, Planning and Transportation teams to ensure a healthy flow of products between BRP, its network of dealers and its online customers
  • Participate in various updates to BRP’s online store
  • YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze the sales performance of our sites in order to develop strategies and tactics to increase sales
  • Support our network of dealers and customers in carrying out online sales
  • Ensure that products shown online correspond with actual product availability
  • Coordinate the Parts, Accessories and Clothing team’s business activities surrounding the addition of products online on our B2C and B2B platforms
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree operations management, e-commerce or systems management, or equivalent training
  • Minimum of three years of experience e-commerce management
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to exert influence and to lead
  • Training in continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques
  • Strong communication skills, aptitude for facilitation, talent for motivating teams to bring about change
  • Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English / French)
  • Willingness to travel on occasion

    The Eastern Townships are located in the southern part of the province and share a 300km+ long border with the United States.
