What you will do : Interact and collaborate with different professionals within Legal Services and provide support as needed.
May provide research support and summarize findings for legal counsel and regulatory compliance professionals. May organize and maintain regulatory records and files.
May assist with organizing events, preparing presentations and materials for project meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes and following up on action items as required.
May review regulatory submissions for accuracy and completeness and assist with preparing applications and submissions to regulators.
Who you are : You are currently enrolled in a full time post-secondary program entering 3rd or 4th year in a Bachelor program and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect).
Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially with handling sensitive documents and company information. Working Conditions : Office based role.
