The Technical Recruiter at IBISKA is a key member of our multi-discipline delivery team. The role is to recruit, qualify, maintain and manage IM / IT resources within IBISKA’s Professional Services business lines.
The technical recruiter participates in achieving business growth through the development of effective recruiting strategies and the performance of pro-active and opportunity-focused recruitment activities.
Typical activities include :
Work collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team with the common goal of delivering high quality resources to IBISKA’s clients.
Pro-actively seek out and match individuals to specific criteria within a short turn-around time.
Work effectively within the recruiting team to gather and qualify large teams of resources for inclusion in RFP responses.
Source, screen and interview consultants, and process their information and references.
Maintain relationships with potential consultants.
Actively participate in candidates’ resume development and presentation.
Use social media and other means to post opportunities and develop IBISKA’s resource pool.
Manage simultaneous demands, effectively planning and managing schedules and priorities.
Represent IBISKA to external current and prospective consultants in both the public and private sector.
Participate in recruiting events and other functions within the IT community.
