Safety - Drivers have the Right to Decide and assess the situation to determine if it's safe to drive
Equipment - Bison tractors are on average under two years old; three years for trailers

Position Profile :
Running open-board, Canada / U.S. long-haul
Dry van and Refrigerated freight available
Southbound freight could depart from any of our Bison locations into any of the lower 48 states
Northbound freight could go into any of the Canadian Provinces and Territories
On the road 7 to 14 days at a time. Possible resets on the road as required
24 days on the road per month and averaging 12,000 miles per month (regional freight might be required)
Flexible schedule requiring weekend departures
Candidate Profile :
Company Driver or owner-operator with tractor-trailer experience
Valid Class 1 / AZ License is required
U.S. Eligible
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
Able to drive in B.C. including Highway 1 and Highway 3
Reliable, flexible and punctual
Strong communication skills
Values safety
