Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company.

Our team goal is to make sure people use the best tools to work efficiently. You will contribute to this goal by helping colleagues, customers and partners in their Cloud journey.

More specifically, you will act as an expert for our Cloud infrastructure and managed services product line, in large-scale and high-performance technological environments (Performance Cloud, Azure and other innovative solutions).

Succeeding in this role involves building lasting relationships with new customers and existing partners. To do so, you will work closely with the sales, business development, product management and IT operations teams.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role.

  • Be our expert for our Cloud Infrastructure and Managed Services product line
  • Work with the sales team to position, propose, and close deals related to our Cloud products and services
  • Enable our partners and sales team to effectively position our Cloud services through training and presentations
  • Participate in the analysis of customers' technical needs in order to formulate adapted solutions
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with our major partners
  • Participate in business development initiatives by being Sherweb’s ambassador.

  • You are passionate about new technologies and you quickly take ownership of their content;
  • You have a college or university degree in computer science or business technology management;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical sales for business clients;
  • Experience with virtualization, storage, Azure or other public cloud products will be considered an asset;
  • You are bilingual (English / French), both written and spoken;
  • You enjoy giving technical presentations and passing on your knowledge.
  • You have interpersonal skills, charisma and leadership skills.

  • Problem-solving skills Why? Because when you will face a problem, you will first analyze the information before identifying the possible causes.

  • Adaptability Why? Because our industry evolves constantly. You will have to adjust your thinking and methods to better suit new or unplanned situations (whether it’s for your daily tasks or your work environment).
