Essity is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative .

This individual is responsible for providing timely and effective administrative support to customers, sales team, unit, or department follow established procedures and guidelines.

What You Will Do
Interacts with customers via telephone and other media (fax, e-mail, etc.)
Process sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time in relevant system according to defined process and standards. (order to billing)
Verifies accuracy of orders and contacts customers as required to ensure customer needs are met
Uses discretion in handling problem orders and offers options to proactively solve customer needs
Responsible for administering company warranty and replacement policy
Quotes contract pricing, discounts, and list prices
Informs customers of back orders
Resolves customer complaints or discrepancies
Maintains a neat and orderly work area and all reference materials up to date
Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately. (after sales)
Communicate and collaborate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
May make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
Enter data into SAP databases or CRM to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders, deliveries, or activities and / or generate sales reports and statistics.
May draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements if required.
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role
Must be fluent in English and French
Ability to work in a team
PC experience (MS Office, MS TEAMS), excel spreadsheet, e-mail, and SAP database applications, CRM
Experience operating fax machines, scanners, and other office hardware
Excellent communication skills, oral / written
