Job Summary :
75% - Develop pricing and listing strategy for core products
Makes recommendations for listing and pricing strategy based on product profile and market dynamic
Supports npl & pipeline as well as core product managers
Gain knowledge or market access developments and provincial regulation and related processes and procedures .
15%- Collaborates, informs and acts proactively with other departments (marketing, sales, pricing, pendopharm) to ensure on-going optimal pricing / listings in all provinces
10%- Ad hoc requests related to submissions, pricing and special projects as delegated
Responsabilities & Duties :
Develop pricing and listing strategy for core products
Generate pricing documents, such as National Price List, Price change notifications and other documents related to pricing
Support the Market Access Associate in preparing submission dossiers according to provincial regulations (vary by province) which includes specific forms for each province, Health Canada’s approved documents provided by Canadian Regulatory Affairs, scientific justifications from Medical Information, letters from 3rd parties (when applicable).
Develop, write and update SOPs, in collaboration with other Division employees when necessary.
Monthly Bulletins reviews when required
Handle other responsibilities related as required / assigned
Education & Training :
University degree in Sciences
1-2 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities :
Perfectly bilingual (spoken & written)
Detail oriented and Works well under pressure
Good Problem Solving abilities
Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills; ability to convey messages and pricing / submission strategies
Good Business Acumen and Presentation skills
Computer Knowledge : Strong Excel skills, Word, PowerPoint
