We’re currently looking for a Client Support Specialist to join the team.

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring our existing and new clients continue to see value in our products.

The Client Success team allows our clients to gain maximum value of our solutions while identifying new usage opportunities.

You’ll be tasked to

  • Performs all activities related to on-boarding and supporting new clients to the online platform including but not limited to : answering client inquiries, hosting virtual client orientation / training sessions on how to efficiently navigate and use the platform via phone and email.
  • Provides relevant information, support or training for platform products.
  • Troubleshoots and supports clients and internal stakeholders (broadcast, internet, and print teams etc.) with media monitoring, press releases and regulatory filing requests or related inquiries.
  • Executes ongoing maintenance of setting up and reactivating closed accounts for the sales teams within the database.
  • Hosts weekly database seminars for new and existing clients.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Are you ..

  • Passionate about customer support and client experience
  • 1 2 years of experience in customer support is required within a similar role.
  • Able to build, nurture and invest in relationships with internal / external partners solidifying our commitment to Cision Clients
