Execution of the Vail Resorts Wellness Strategy in Employee Housing to meet current and future needs . This person will help guide Employee Housing staff and residents to provide an Experience of a Lifetime, which includes creating a safe, inclusive and vibrant housing environment.

Shift & Schedule Availability : Full Time , Winter Seasonal
Under the guidance of the Vail Resort Wellness Manager and Wellness Navigator Supervisor, responsible for executing and supporting the Vail Resorts wellness strategy in employee housing for current and future success
Deliver standardized wellness programs across the Resort(s) ensuring aligned with enterprise-wide strategy
Elevate experience for residents / employees and housing staff through community-building events, while driving the seasonal Employee Value Proposition
Create a safe, fun and diverse housing culture that helps provide employees an experience of a lifetime
Help residents navigate transitions and offer resources around mental / physical wellness
Create, manages and tracks resident support cases
Partner internally with Employee Relations, Wellness Manager, HRBP and Housing and externally through community resources to help employee best navigate concerns and challenges
Assist in creating and managing external relationships with community partners, mental health resources and law enforcement
May be required to assist other departments as necessary inside and outside of Employee Housing.
University / College Degree Preferred
Experience with high risk & vulnerable populations preferred
Experience with mediation and conflict resolution preferred
Experience working with people with mental health challenges preferred
Experience in event execution preferred
Valid Driver's license
Proficient computer skills
English strong written and verbal required
French preferable (Canada)
Strong Communication skills
The budgeted range starts at $21. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
