If you are passionate about bringing your sales process and enablement expertise to drive meaningful impact on a leading IT Solutions and Services Provider in North America, then the Manager of Sales Operations role at Softchoice is for you!

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the ongoing evolution of our sales process and sales management process.

As our Manager of Sales Operations, you will leverage your strong problem-solving skills, business acumen and process management expertise to improve existing processes and create new processes in support of Softchoice’s commercial model.

You will achieve this through leadership and engagement at all stages of process development and deployment, from concept through adoption and continuous improvement.

You will play a crucial role in enabling that by managing a sales operations team that’s focused on driving process improvements for our sales team.

What you’ll do :

  • Lead and develop a team of sales process and enablement professionals
  • Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Softchoice sales processes and sales management processes across multiple channels
  • Partner with technical teams to design, develop, test, and deploy technology solutions to support sales processes and sales management processes
  • Create and maintain related process documentation and training materials
  • Drive adoption through the development and deployment of closed-loop KPI metrics
  • Facilitate sales process and sales management process onboarding for sales leadership and serve as the focal point for ongoing process support
  • What you’ll bring to the table :

  • Strong leadership and experience driving change initiatives
  • Naturally curious and creative; driven to solve business problems
  • Expertise in aligning business needs with process development and technical requirements
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Strong relationships management skills across all organization levels
  • Ability to work in a complex environment, where attention to detail is critical
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce.com, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 7+ years in a Sales Operations, Process or Enablement role
