The Role : We are looking for a detail oriented, highly organized and accountable Intakes and Exceptions Coordinator to join our growing Customer Experience team and take our company and platform to the next level!Responsibilities : Translate Intake information coming from Intake Specialist into data fields in ApplyBoard Intakes systemMaintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and proceduresEnter Program Intake updates in ApplyBoard Intakes systemAssist Intakes Specialist with researching and documenting admission intake informationAssist with any Intake related tasks depending on the business needsPreferred Qualifications : 1-3 years years data entry and customer service experienceMinimum Associates Degree (Bachelor Degree preferred)Highly organized, and great time management skillsAptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracyExcellent typing skills, proficiency in proofreading / editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctnessAdept researching and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skillsSomeone who thrives in a collaborative, teamwork environment and takes accountabilityWorking knowledge of : Google and Office Suites, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, BasecampNice to have : Experience with international education documentationExperience working with post-secondary institutions and international studentsWhat We OfferThe opportunity to have an impact on a product that is positively affecting change to thousands of students lives every dayWorking alongside a brilliant and globally diverse team that is the fastest growing in the Waterloo regionGreat compensation and benefits package to keep you healthy and happy!Fixed-term, Full-TimeThank you for your interest in ApplyBoard, however, only those applicants that have been selected for an interview will be contacted.
