Miles has a great 6 month opportunity with our highly reputable client, the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) for a Claims Document Support Assistant .
The ideal candidate will have two years' administrative experience, exceptional attention-to-detail and be equipped with outstanding organizational skills.
Position : Claims Document Support Assistant
Location : Vancouver
Contract : 6 month contract
Hours : Monday to Friday; 37.5 hours
Pay : $18.79 with 18.8% in lieu of benefits ($22.32)
Responsibilities will include :
Processing a variety of documents onto databases and systems
Entering data efficiently and precisely
Responding to inquiries via email and phone from departments and external stakeholders
Preparing reports on various topics
Scanning and filing documents in a timely manner
Other administrative duties as required
Key competencies and qualifications :
Two years' experience in administration
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills especially with Excel and Word
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Detail orientated and organizational abilities
