Miles has a great 6 month opportunity with our highly reputable client, the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) for a Claims Document Support Assistant .

The ideal candidate will have two years' administrative experience, exceptional attention-to-detail and be equipped with outstanding organizational skills.

Details :

  • Position : Claims Document Support Assistant
  • Location : Vancouver
  • Contract : 6 month contract
  • Hours : Monday to Friday; 37.5 hours
  • Pay : $18.79 with 18.8% in lieu of benefits ($22.32)
  • Responsibilities will include :

  • Processing a variety of documents onto databases and systems
  • Entering data efficiently and precisely
  • Responding to inquiries via email and phone from departments and external stakeholders
  • Preparing reports on various topics
  • Scanning and filing documents in a timely manner
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Key competencies and qualifications :

  • Two years' experience in administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills especially with Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail orientated and organizational abilities
