As a TELUS Customer Service Representative in one of our various call centers, you'll work alongside an upbeat and eager team that works together to achieve outstanding results.
You will ensure client satisfaction at every encounter while building new relationships with clients. Your day will include interpreting customer requirements and communicating solutions, while ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities will include updating client records, verifying data entry and providing technical and non-technical solutions.
You will also collaborate with and support our various internal teams. If you enjoy working in a fun and exciting environment with tons of opportunity for professional growth, you'll love this position.

You're the missing piece of the puzzle :
both written and verbal You have a high level of organizational skills and can multitask You're proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and can easily learn new specialized software relating to our business.
Your ability to troubleshoot, tech-savviness and ability to multi-task while communicating professionally with clients over the phone is second to none.
You're proactive and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Great to haves :
Previous experience in any customer service / sales / technical support environment Familiarity with working in a call centre environment
