Participate in the development of objectives, orientations and policies of the school service center;
Develop the objectives and policies specific to its service, in line with the orientations of the school service center;
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of the Information Technology Service;

Assume responsibility for the preparation, implementation, development, review, maintenance, safe operation and control of computerized systems, office automation, networking, telecommunications and of the information technologies of the school service center;
Collaborate with all the services and establishments in the definition of technological orientations with a pedagogical scope and in their implementation;
Assume an advisory and support role for general management and managers as part of the continuous improvement and data exploitation processes;
Ensure a technological watch appropriate to the needs of the 'organization;
Ensure the preparation, control and application of the schedule of operations relating to the updating or renewal and maintenance of equipment and the operation of the parkIT;
In compliance with the rules in force, negotiate service agreements with suppliers and users outside the service center and ensure that the services provided comply;

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate or graduate degree in an appropriate field of study leading to a program of '' university studies of a minimum duration of three (3) years or hold a senior or executive position whose minimum qualifications require a first cycle university degree, in a school service center;
Hold a university degree in information technology management, computer science or business administration (an asset).
Eight (8) years of relevant experience, including at least five (5) in amanagement;
Knowledge of trends and effective practices in technology, information security, network management and customer service would be considered an asset.
