Position Overview :
The Director, Programmatic Consulting manages the team to deliver strategic programmatic guidance and strengthen agency relationships.
In this role, you will engage with all levels of client and agency stakeholders to promote the further adoption of the Xaxis services and product business.
You will take ownership and accountability for managing all client relationships within your assigned book of business and will oversee the profitability of those clients and accounts, ensuring the proper integration and execution of campaigns throughout the various teams within Xaxis.
As the Director, Programmatic Consulting, you will be a thought leader and strategic thinker, helping to evangelize the Xaxis brand within GroupM, our advertisers and the digital media ecosystem.
You will be expected to meet regularly with team leads and senior executives to discuss our positioning, apply key insights to address client business challenges, and identify new opportunities for joint success.
Represent the Xaxis brand both internally and externally. Monitor industry and advertiser trends, competitive landscape, and help identify risks to business, taking preemptive action to mitigate
Foster relationships at a senior level at the agencies - positions themselves internally as a thought leader
Advocate for the evolution of digital media KPIs toward relevant and meaningful business outcomes for advertisers
Supports team Managing Director and Global Network with wider company initiatives
Role model for Programmatic Consulting team and all individuals
Major contributor with the development of consulting team
Foster a deep understanding of client's business needs and objectives
Ability to set outcomes and lead focused conversations with internal teams, leadership and clients campaign strategy and data / tactics
Lead discussions / brainstorms to illustrate how programmatic tech and talent can deliver on business outcomes
Champion for agency and Xaxis client during pitches
While maintaining organizational focus; routinely pursue new ideas, take calculated risks, and reward innovation.
Works with agency finance and senior teams to align on realistic forecasts
Consistent maintenance of revenue tracking and ability to recommend course corrections to ensure goals are delivered
Ensure growth of client business with the ability to sell in concepts to stakeholders
Consistently ensures team adheres to and instills best practices
Sets achievable and stretch goals for team members, track actions and lead for success.
Ability to troubleshoot conflict (internal and external) and strive for solutions best for Xaxis.
Assist new team onboarding, leveraging other staff where best suited.
Ability to achieve key self, individual and team implemented milestones as required for business success.
