Specific Responsibilities :

  • Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
  • Build sustainable relationships & trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
  • Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
  • Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail and personal customer contacts
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
  • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum two years Customer Service Experience
  • Must be in present or most recent position for at least two years
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive & Professional Attitude
  • Superior time management
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize & manage time effectively
  • Pension Plan

    Compensation : $18.00 / HR
