Under the responsibility of the Senior Director of Administration and finance, the advisor will participate in the following mandates :
Support and advise the various departments in the analysis of their needs, make recommendations as to solutions and orientations technologies and ensure their integration;
Monitor new technological developments and digital transformations;
Evaluate IT operations against established objectives;
Identify and eliminate user security risks;
Design and implement IT strategies for user assistance as well as the training plan for users;
Determine and provide technological architecture guidelines for the choice and implementation of technological solutions.
Model and document the processes in force by formulating recommendations in order to optimize TOHU's business processes;
Prepare, in collaboration with the implementation team, user training and associated educational documents.
Implement the E.R.P software and assist TOHU management when the software goes into production;
Participate proactively in the entire implementation project process (project launch, monitoring / control; project closure) :
Recommend to the project management team the best way to deploy the project in the client context;
Proactively propose adjustments to the schedule and deployment plan to optimize the value of the project.
Make recommendations and support the team in the integrated tests necessary during a deployment
Professional requirements and specific skills
Hold a diploma in software engineering or a diploma in information technology or computer science;
Have a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in the field of operations management systems (ERP), digital transformation and information technology;
Experience in the implementation of ERP or software type products;
Possess sound knowledge in the management and operation of a technological infrastructure, computer security and information systems;
Personal skills and characteristics
Demonstrate visionary and strategic skills in order to be able to grasp both the overall vision and the operational issues;
An ability to draft business processes;
Demonstrate a high tolerance for stress and ambiguity;
Be organized, autonomous and have a spirit of analysis andsynthesis;
Have a good command of French and English, both oral and written
Have strong communication skills (synergy, sense of customer service, listening, clarity).
Flexible schedule : 37.5 hours per week with the possibility of teleworking.
Fixed-term contract of 12 months with possibility of renewal.
