About the role
We’re looking for a to join our growing team!
WORKPLACE : Montreal (2020, Blvd. Robert-Bourassa)
What you’ll do here :
Develop system specifications, code, modify, test and debug computer programs according to established planning and deadlines for a very high profile project.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team through all phases of the project in an Agile environment.
Analyze systems and make recommendations to ensure they are optimal and meet the quality criteria set by the business units.
Work in collaboration with several teams to quickly identify avenues for resolution.
Investigate production incidents and determine the components involved.
Investigate and find workarounds to meet customer requirements.
Ensure proactive monitoring of our infrastructures to react quickly and thus maintain operational stability.
Conduct systems and programming needs analyses to identify problems encountered and propose solutions, including program specifications.
Make recommendations to participate in the improvement of system development processes.
Work fully independently.
What you bring to the table :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of IT experience in Java EE enterprise application and Java SE development.
Good knowledge of XML, SOAPUI (or Postman).
Knowledge of GIT, Intellij (or Eclipse).
Knowledge of Oracle or Mongo databases.
Knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Jenkins, WebSphere, OpenShift, JaxB, XSD and UML, Spring Boot, Angular and Thymeleaf (assets).
Bilingual (English / French) written and spoken.
Knowledge of environments with service-oriented architecture and micro-services (an asset).
Good knowledge of Agile-Scrum development environment.
