Working with the Store Manager to develop and implement customer service guidelines
Assist with the development of the store’s annual business plan, complete with sales, service, margin, expense and profit targets.
Implement and monitor agreed upon programs, designed to achieve annual objectives
Manager sales and service at the front counter, with a strong focus on facilitating the best possible customer service.
Manager service call telephone requests, write up work orders and dispatch service tech(s) accordingly.
Coordinate assistance with the Distribution Center for inventory
Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are followed by team members
Ensure the shop and yard are kept in a clean and tidy manner
Assist Store Manager in any duties that are assigned or requested
Grade 12 Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Computer literate and basis accounting knowledge
Ability to grow business revenues and profits.
Business Experience Secure and manage Company assets while achieving Company ROI objectives
Communication and Problem solving skills
Ability to engage the team
Maintain a professional and clean appearance at all times
