MDA is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst I specializing in electrical inspections to be assigned to the Product Assurance (PA) department for aerospace, medical and nuclear programs.

Primary Activities

  • Quality Assurance develops, prepares and / or revises quality procedures, directives, inspection and process instructions.
  • QA monitors all aspects of manufacturing, integration, testing and packaging.
  • QA performs manufacturing and paperwork inspections to IPC, NASA and MDA standards.
  • QA performs subcontractor / vendor quality audits and inspections to ISO 9001 or AS9100.
  • Experience and Skills

  • Interested candidates must possess an Electrical engineering degree or equivalent with two years’ experience in Quality engineering field in a highly regulated industry
  • A quality certificate an asset
  • Experience with aerospace, nuclear or medical standards is an asset
  • Experience with ISO9001 required. Experience with AS9100, ISO13485 and Z299 an asset
  • Experience or training with IPC or equivalent standards is an asset. Strong computer skills including MS Office along with engineering tools would be an asset.
  • Verbal, written communication skills are essential to this position
