Communication strategy and planning :
Develop customized communication strategies and tactical work plans for clients.
Participate in discussions with colleagues on ideas to design and implement communication strategies.
Devise workable solutions to client communication challenges.
Create measurable metrics to align with established KPIs.
Writing and editing :
Draft, review, edit and proofread customized communication materials in plain language for targeted audiences
Knowledge of pensions, benefit plans and / or compensation and rewards programs will be an asset
Focus on engagement and action-oriented persuasive writing
Project coordination :
Coordinate appropriate reviews (compliance, technical, editorial, client, vendor, etc.) and, to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of materials, follow up with necessary parties to determine causes and discuss possible solutions to issues raised during the review process.
Develop workable schedules and timelines.
Assist consultants with production coordination by clearly communicating individual and team workload availability; providing feedback on accurate timelines and updates as projects progress;
communicating with vendors on production coordination.
Manage consultants’ and clients’ expectations by communicating clearly with these team members regarding deadlines, deliverables, and availability of resources.
Client and project management :
Interact with clients on a regular basis by answering questions, handling edits or changes, and providing requested materials over the phone, via e-
mail or by attending client meetings.
Act as secondary client contact and assist Consultants in effectively managing smaller client projects independently, delivering projects on time and within budget.
Minimum of three years of work experience
Journalism, Corporate Communication, Business degree
Background in marketing, internal communications, public relations.
