  • Partner with leadership and Hiring managers to identify core competencies, key performance indicators and candidate sourcing / recruiting strategies to identify and recruit the very best talent
  • Architect and execute a recruiting strategy for hiring the strongest engineering talent possible, form both active and passive candidate pools
  • Build and maintain a viable pipeline of solid talent to fill existing and future job openings at Fortinet
  • Source, identify, outreach to, and recruit qualified candidates from the open market and similar industry / companies
  • Promote Fortinet’s corporate culture and advocate Fortinet as the premiere destination for prospective candidates
  • Job Duties :

  • Source and Screen candidates (both active and passive) and educate them of suitable opportunities available and the selection process.
  • Provide overview and orientation to potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in our Teams.
  • Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
  • Participate in industry events, University job fairs and Technology group meetups to recruit New Grads as well as experienced professionals
  • Manage the recruiting life-cycle from beginning to end, driving activity, and tracking status throughout
  • Periodically report on req. status to leadership as appropriate
  • Qualifications :

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Technical Recruitment working with recruitment agencies or Corporate recruitment in technology space
  • Proven experience and success recruiting for technical roles, including embedded software developers, Quality Assurance, Web Developers, Cyber Security Specialists, Technical Support
  • Proven experience supporting the full recruiting life-cycle from sourcing, vetting, interviewing, through to offer (including submittals and closing)
  • Strong internet / database research skills including hands on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, GitHub etc.
  • Expertise in search and find skills using Boolean Searches
  • Solid data mining skills using the application tracking systems and resume database to find matching profiles using Boolean and keyword search
  • Ability to map the candidates’ skills and experience to suitable openings
  • Ability to handle high volume / workload and prioritize accordingly
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Technical training / experience / education is a plus
