Our rapidly growing marketing team requires a results-oriented marketing co-op to take on a variety of responsibilities.
If you're eager to learn and show your stuff, this could be your dream job. Our Marketing efforts represents the front line of the organization : we manage events, website, social media, and many of the first touch points that customers and job seekers have with Rangle.
That means we act as a service centre that supports the entire organization with content, imagery, and expertise. With dozens of requests for Marketing support coming in weekly, we need someone to help us stay organized and get things done quickly.
This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Marketing. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM :
A keen interest in marketing and all the pieces that go into it!
Very strong organization and prioritization skills.
Great interpersonal and collaboration skills we are a close team working together to solve exciting problems.
You have the ability to reinvent yourself, as we find ways that we can do things better.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be supporting content creation efforts.
Pursuing a degree / diploma in PR, Communications, Events, Marketing, Business, or related.
Some experience in a similar role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
You’ll get an opportunity to develop and explore your strengths in all areas of marketing, including advertising / campaign development, events management, content creation, marketing automation and SEO.
Partner with our marketing team on website maintenance and updates, such as creating new web content pages, writing and updating copy and supporting SEO initiatives with our marketing lead.
Be involved in our content management team by owning Rangle’s template repository, updating the editorial calendar.
Opportunity to exercise your creative chops by creating and distributing our monthly corporate newsletter and weekly updates on the marketing section of our internal weekly newsletter.
Be in the know of what’s happening in the tech industry and support efforts related to award and speaker submissions.
Working alongside our events team on planning and executing operations and logistics (securing location, room set-up, audio / visual needs, food and beverage, etc)
Coordinate and create work-back schedules / event timelines, source event equipment, vendors, services, event supplies and prepare packing lists for internal and community events;
attend local events / meetups as needed.
Be involved in our marketing automation efforts, upload lists, support in creating marketing campaigns and general upkeep and data maintenance.
Work with AdWords, build channels and report on data and metrics for advertising campaigns
Provide marketing administration to a 9+ person team, including metrics reporting and taking down meeting minutes

Weekly 1 : 1s with your manager and bi-weekly meeting with the Talent Acquisition team
Weekly Lunch and Learns, where you’ll be able to learn different topics every Friday (for example Tips & Tricks to Public Speaking, Intro to Consulting, Being Agile, and various project demos).
Getting you involved in the tech community by participating in our meetups in downtown Toronto.
