Reporting to the Team Lead, Administration, this position provides service writing and administrative support functions as they relate to parts and service work orders within well established and clearly defined policies and procedures.
Duties included, but are not limited to :
Opening and closing work orders.
Office Administration Certificate, and two years of administrative experience in an operational or service setting.
Excellent communication skills - verifying and exchanging information with internal and external resources.
Proficient computer skills - working with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of eXtend ERP system is a definite asset.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
