Responsibilities :

  • Achieve sales KPI's and revenue growth within six months
  • Utilize hands-on marketing, personal sales, and internal teams to build and grow an industry network
  • Pursue growth opportunities, new accounts and strategic partnerships to meet profit and volume targets
  • Maintain relationships with top accounts and participate in sales calls
  • Work with the management team to develop strategic plans (short and long-term), as well as participate in preparations for annual business plans
  • Facilitate joint sales calls or meetings with other departments as needed
  • Research sales data, competitive analysis, markter trends, and the overall business environment to aid in strategic planning processes
  • Requirements :

  • Proven 5+ years Sales Management experience
  • Experience with sales presentations and a history of sucessfully closing business
  • Strong knowledge about the local market, competitors and industry trends
  • Ability to leverage internal and external relationships to expand business opportunities
  • Specific knowledge and understand of the Transportation / Logistics industry and the sales processes that are best suited
