Temporary replacement (12 months) Position Overview : Accelerating Wireless growth (in our core corporate business and Employee Purchase programs), and securing key renewals are two of the top strategic priorities in Business Marketing.

Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Marketing, Business Solutions East, the Wireless Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the BSE Wireless Marketing Programs and Content strategy and for launching offers and programs into market with campaigns to support.

This individual will work collaboratively and in partnership with the BSE Sales, Wireless national product, and the broader Business Customer Marketing team, and is responsible for securing the necessary support from a cross-

functional team to execute on Marketing Plans (may include internal teams such as Marcomm, Marketing Automation, Web Marketing, Database Marketing and Creative Design, or external agencies and partners).

We are looking for a highly-motivated and results-driven individual to manage our go-to-market activity for both our core business wireless base and EPP). Responsibilities :

  • Interlock with BSE, Product, Sales and our Wireless PLT teams to deliver initiatives on time and with focus on strong 4P execution
  • Grow the business subscriber base and retain existing customers by managing acquisition & retention campaigns
  • Work with DBM and Channel Marketing Primes to identify and execute any targeted list opportunities for execution in channel
  • Help launch, deliver and communicate NBS Wireless products, services and channel initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with advertising and media agencies that are supporting your wireless marketing activities
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities to generate new wireless growth and loading
  • Support the development and assessment of financial and non-financial metrics and models to measure performance and guide decision making
  • Work as an extension of the Wireless PLT and ensure visibility into portfolio / financial metrics
  • Establish program KPIs and report back on marketing programs and their results on a regular basis
  • Required Skills & Abilities :

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the wireless business solution portfolio
  • Comfortable presenting to senior levels of management across the organization
  • Acts with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proven, hypothesis-driven problem solving approach
  • Impactful executive PowerPoint style and deep Excel competence
  • Expertise in digital marketing, coupled with deep analytical competency to make data based decisions
  • Ability to lead cross functional team towards achievement of common goal collaboratively and influence without authority
  • Strong interpersonal, communications and relationships building skills
  • Positive attitude with bias for action and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, structured approach to analysis and the ability to develop rational and logical arguments
  • Proven ability managing multiple initiatives and priorities at once
  • Bilingual English and French
  • Required Professional Designation / Certification :

  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline, or MBA

  • Experience dealing / communicating effectively with leaders across different levels within the organization
  • B2B Marketing experience a definite asset
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience preferably in Marketing and Mobility; Telecom / industry experience and exposure to a variety of marketing roles would be beneficial
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, continually changing environment
