Job Purpose :
The purpose of this role is to be a Creditor Insurance product expert and champion of the Customer Experience Model. The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to be accountable for the full service delivery of Creditor Insurance product lines to customers, the Scotiabank sales force and the Alternate Delivery Channels.
The position has accountability to work collaboratively with the Insurance Canada Processing Centre (ICPC), the Insurance Canada Customer Experience Team (ICCET) and other service / support departments as required to address and resolve customer concerns referred to the Insurance Canada Service Centre (ICSC).
Other service / support departments include : Office of the President, insurers, Customer Contact Centre.
The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for contributing to the growth of the Creditor Insurance business, with a primary focus on the sale and retention of ScotiaLife
Financial’s suite of Creditor Insurance products, as well as delivering net new insurance enrollments. The incumbent will be measured by set targets on a quarterly basis.
