Job Summary :

  • Troubleshoot any issues / concerns brought to CRM by dealerships or staff. For this, and the rest of the tasks, a logical and rational mindset is needed to determine root cause of any concerns brought forward.
  • You will continually be asked to dig deeper until there are no more questions to ask.

  • Monitor and maintain integrations between all systems, including : DealerMine, Xtime, One-Eighty, Rapid RTC, EasyDeal, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds
  • Generate reports in the systems
  • Create reports using advanced Excel tables
  • Perform periodic systems analysis checks
  • Organize and help facilitate individual and group training sessions with dealership staff
  • Assist with production of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) materials
  • Review processes within CRM and report on findings
