The incumbent is responsible the overall administrationoperational efficiency and effectiveness that impacts all membersand not restricted to the Trust / Centregroups.
Oversees the delivery of clientservice that are necessary for delivering the "high end" clientservice experience. This includes performing Trust compliancereviews, developing, maintain branch reports as required andprovide Management with specialized reporting.
Incumbent must ensure adherence toBank security procedures and meeting financial objectives relatedto revenue, expense management, identifying revenue generatingopportunities as well as assisting in achieving other objectivesrelated to client service, human resource management andoperationaleffectiveness.
As the leader the iincumbentis responsible for the service management activities and mustmaintain and project positive and supportive relationships with allinternal and external contacts.
The Incumbent also works in closepartnership with all Wealth managment business lines andareas.
Responsiblefor branch Profit and Loss activities and reporting within thebranch Trust area, inclusive of monthly revenueaccruals, all entries processed within the branch transit to theGL.
Explain revenue and expense variances. Assist with the annualProfit and Loss plan providing input in all areas. Newbusiness reporting for internal accounts opened.

Manage thequality and efficiency of the Administrationby :
Responsiblefor the contacts with various Help Desks, System Support, VoiceServices, Real Estate, National Office and WM areas for consulting,facilitating implementation of procedural changes within theDepartment and premises as applicable.
Administer system access and authorization controls.Assist in the resolution of equipment, telephone, network and PCrelated matters for allstaff.
