Mission
In order to strengthen our purchasing team, we are looking for a candidate in supplier quality. The selected person is not only an expert in the field of supplier quality techniques, but also has solid leadership to transform the objectives of our quality supplier quality policy and tactics into tangible results for our suppliers and Our internal partners.
Daily activities
Deploy Supplier Quality Processes during new parts developments according to the APQP standard;
Make process audits in our suppliers : production trials "production trial run", capacity verification "run at rate", special processes audits (welding, heat treatment, coating, plating, forge ...);
Support the quality insurance activities of suppliers in collaboration with our production plants : non-compliance non-compliance climbed;
Intervene in support with suppliers on specific projects : zero defect program, etc.;
Support the design and deployment of supplier quality processes;
Measure, analyze, improve the performance of suppliers : quality, delivery, corporate social responsibility, compliance of materials.
who you are
You like to solve problems!
You have a baccalaureate or a Mastery in engineering or an equivalent experience;
You have a great ability to listen to our stakeholders, understand and formalize their needs;
You are a process oriented with a demonstrated application of systems of Management (quality) such as ISO 9001 and / or Iatf 16949;
You can demonstrate your understanding and application of the APQP, PPAP and process audits / processes;
You can demonstrate your application of quality tools and methodologies such as : MSA, SPC, DOE, 8D or any other problem solving approach;
You have a know Technical ssance of one or more technologies / processes on amenities such as : rubber, chemistry, foundry, forge, sheet metal, plastics, machining, welding ...;
You have a Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office (advanced users of Excel);
You are bilingual English (spoken and written);
You are available to travel internationally (between 30% and 50% of the time);
Knowledge of data analysis is a plus : Power Bi or the equivalent.
