Job Title : Manager, eCommerce Analytics

The Manager of eCommerce Analytics has the primary role to improve site performance by applying data analytics and business insights for an industry leading interconnected customer experience on the client site.
The expectation is to go beyond traditional web analytics reporting and unlock insights to guide the business - everything from tactical site optimizations to broad level strategic direction.
This successful candidate will work closely with all facets of the organizations including Product Management, UX, Marketing, Merchandising, and IT to provide accurate, insightful, action-
oriented information, analyses and recommendations across the entire eCommerce experience. Core responsibilities will also include managing all web analytics tools, systems, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of leadership skills to develop and grow a high-performing team as well as the curiosity to develop a keen understanding of how customers behave across our web and mobile properties, and the downstream impact to our retail stores.
Required Experience / Skills :
Minimum 5 years related experience in analytical roles, preferably in retail
2+ years of people management experience and leading high-performing teams
Knowledge of SQL to write complex, highly-optimized queries across large volumes of data, R or Python a plus
Expert knowledge of digital analytics tools and implementation best practices (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Familiarity with Workflow Analytics tools (Alteryx, RapidMiner, etc.)
Experience working with software and data engineering teams to define requirements and implement / validate solutions
Experience in working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, building interactive reports, complex dashboards for different audiences, creating calculated KPI
