A Beyond Wireless Inside Business Account Manager will :
Use innovative selling techniques and product knowledge, to grow business within new and existing accounts using the full suite of Rogers Wireless and telecom products and services
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
Maintain and expand your database of clients
Represent the company with a positive attitude and strong work ethic that will maintain a maximum retention rate and manage growth
Share your ideas by actively participating at regular sales meetings and fulfill required administrative duties to support your role
Deliver monthly sales quotas and exceed sales activity standards
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Schedule and perform effective on-site demonstration and road shows
Understand customer needs and requirement.
Account and call documentation within CRM
Maintaining an expert level of product and industry knowledge
A commitment through action to continual learning and personal development
Exhibiting the attributes of a top performing sales professional
