The Director of Service Delivery Western Canada will provide senior level interface and thought leadership between Exela Enterprise Solutions and their assigned clients.

The position is designed to interact, on a regular basis, with client executives. This is a highly interactive role, which will require a comprehensive understanding of our on-site operations and the client’s business

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include :

  • Capture, measure and report on customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior level management to ensure client satisfaction
  • Managing multiple client sites across all of Western Canada
  • Provide regular status reports on profit and loss for all accounts
  • Continuously look for areas of growth and business development
  • Recruit, train and mentor Service Delivery Managers under their direct supervision.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years management experience with P&L responsibility required.
  • Minimum 5 years proven leadership overseeing Managers and employees
  • Highly organized, strategic thinker Ability to look at process and applications to solve business
  • problems.

  • Strong client relationship skills and service orientation, ability to work in a demanding, client-focused,
  • team environment.

  • Business and market expertise within BPO / BPA industries an asset
  • Financial acumen : Ability to develop short and long-term financial perspectives; P / L owner.
  • Collaboration - bring together individuals from within Exela and client organization to solve client
  • issues.

  • Communication - Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from
  • groups of managers, clients, and the general public is required.

  • Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and
  • tools, resource management practices, risk, and change management techniques.

  • Project management experience managing individual projects; development of plans, the tracking and
  • resolution of issues and the production of regular status reports.

  • Possess experience in working with senior level stakeholders.
  • Possess experience managing teams.
  • Possess a solid understanding and skill set associated with print, mail and imaging.
  • Experience must include working knowledge of the following technology disciplines and related
  • processes :

  • System integration and project management experience.
  • Print / Output technology; i.e. printers, production print output devices.
  • Document scanning hardware and applications and data capture technologies.
  • Electronic document management systems.
  • Document workflow and business process redesign.
  • Document storage and retrieval systems.
  • Business process planning work experience is preferred.
  • BA / BS required, and MBA preferred in business administration or a related field.
  • Six Sigma or similar certification an asset.
  • Experience in an ISO registered or compliant operation an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Travel required as needed.
