The City of St. John's is presently accepting applications for Inclusion Counsellors for the period of ASAP- June 26, 2020.
Inclusion staff will support and foster inclusive experiences for participants of all ages facing barriers to participation in recreation division programs (not including respite / personal care).
Inclusion staff will provide the support and adaptations necessary to break down barriers that may prevent meaningful participation in recreation programs.
feeding or supports for extreme behaviour needs such as aggression which compromises the safety of participants or staff.
The successful applicant will be required to participate in all training programs applicable to this position and other related work.
