We are currently looking for a

Talent Acquisition Advisor

  • This individual will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.
  • In this role, you will be primarily responsible for talent attraction by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Write job postings, post on strategic job sites and update regularly;
  • Manage the recruitment budget;
  • Maintain relationships and proactively interact with account managers of the various platforms and recruitment agencies;
  • Conduct criminal and credit background checks;
  • Conduct headhunting through various sources, such as social networks and professional networks;
  • Collect and review resumes, screen, interview and handle the reference process;
  • Evaluate competencies to determine the viability of the candidate to meet the specific needs of the positions;
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates with a focus on management's requirements for knowledge, skills and attitude;
  • Ensure that the company and position are accurately presented to the candidate;
  • Create and maintain a fluid network of talent for key roles within the company;
  • Make recommendations to managers on the best talent available to meet their need;
  • Write contracts and offer letters;
  • Generate recruitment reports with Excel;
  • Any other related HR duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations ;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Rigour and organization;
  • Initiative;
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
  • Familiarity with various recruitment strategies;
  • Familiarity with the SmartRecruiters platform (an asset).
  • Additional Information

    Work schedule - Monday to Friday, flexible hours
