Work Location : Remote - Anywhere in the US or Canada

As our customer’s digital interactions increase, our channel partners will continue to use digital marketing to support their growth plan especially in the high impact area of services.

This role will be developing content (social, email campaigns, webinars, etc.) around our services portfolio for all of our NA Distributors.

This role reports to the Channel Services Program Manager and is located in Milwaukee, WI.

What you will do

  • Coordinate with Portfolio Team to create targeted marketing and co-marketing launches for our Channel Partners
  • Support implementation of Distributor’s services marketing strategies and plans
  • Create Monthly Channel Services Newsletter
  • Develop and Execute Channel Services Webinar series for Fiscal Year
  • Continually develop Channel Services Seismic Pages
  • Support and partner with Regional Business Lead Services to improve the distributor and customer experience
  • Focus on supporting growth of the main transactional Services (Remanufacture, Exchange, Repair, Field Services, Training) and ARR (ISA, PMA, TC, etc.)
  • Partner with various functions within the company including Sales Enablement, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Care, Services Delivery, Customer Success to enable growth of the business
  • Supports marketing events to expand Customer and Distributor awareness around Services portfolio and new opportunity generation
  • Support and drive implementation of major LifeCycleIQ Services growth initiatives in the region
  • Skills you have

  • Supports projects from start to finish with regular communications and escalations throughout
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Knowledge about core services proposal process
  • Communications skills
  • Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or Marketing
  • Legal authorization to work in the US or Canada is required

    Preferred qualifications

  • Understands Rockwell Automation limited distribution and market access model and Services portfolio
  • Two (2) years of related sales, channels management, marketing experience or graduate of LDP
  • Proven Leadership skills to motivate and influence direct and indirect reports to embrace new concepts and solutions
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal communications, organizational and written / verbal communication skills, including speaking in front of small and large groups
  • Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external partner relationships while achieving target outcomes
  • Self-motivated and self-managed towards objectives
