About the Role :

Moonshot Brands is seeking a creative storyteller and marketing specialist for our Email Marketing Manager position. In this role you will lead the overall email marketing strategy and execution for our Portfolio Brands and corporate brand.

The candidate will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to organically grow our brand's email communities, help their customers and amplify their reach.

The candidate will execute this vision by generating, testing and deploying email campaigns that customers engage with. This role is right for you if you are passionate about telling stories, engaging with customer communities, or building our future's e-Commerce brands.

Responsibilities include :

  • Leading global email campaigns for our e-Commerce Portfolio Brands by determining campaign strategy and executing to deploy campaign content
  • Working with our creative media / content experts to lead the creation of innovative content that will generate above average open and click rates
  • Conducting A / B tests to understand key email campaign drivers of success and implementing changes to campaign strategy
  • Acting as a marketing leader in our organization and working across various teams to improve our email marketing reach and capabilities
  • Providing ongoing assessments of campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Additional responsibilities as requested
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B or B2C email marketing or a broader marketing role
  • Deep knowledge of the entire email ecosystem, including responsive HTML emails, templates and landing pages
  • Enjoyment both working with details and executing campaign tasks as well as zooming out to assess strategies, processes and tools
  • Strong quantitative and data management skills to assess campaign data and performance
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks with little notice
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills
