Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Packaging Strategy, the ideal candidate has a passion for TV combined with strong financial and analytical acumen.

As Specialist, Reporting & Analysis, you will manage the forecasting and analysis of key content initiatives across all Bell TV platforms.

In an ever-changing and dynamic environment, the candidate will need to be capable of balancing many projects simultaneously with short deadlines for completion.

The candidate has extensive experience developing forecasting models, is detail oriented and analytical with the ability to communicate effectively.

This high performing individual needs to have demonstrated success in identifying business issues, opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Responsibilities will include : Develop dynamic models to identify and evaluate long and short term subscriber trends, as well as EBITDA risks & opportunities within the content businessBuild and present business cases to quantify financial and customer impacts of pricing and packaging scenariosSupport contract negotiation strategy with key subscriber insights, cost assessments, and recommendationsEnhance and develop KPI reporting to analyze performance trends, communicate insights, and make recommendations to drive strategic TV packaging decisionsEnsure data accuracy and integrity;
  • investigating potential reporting issues and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.Assist in annual business planning and quarterly outlooksCritical Qualifications / Competencies : University degree in business, finance, economics, statistics / math, or a related area;
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA preferredMinimum 3 years experience with business cases, financial models and / or forecasting modelsVery strong analytical, mathematical, problem solving, and decision-making abilityAptitude to organize / synthesize large amounts of data and build robust forecasting modelsStrong ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at various levels of the organizationProven ability to develop strong relationships across a diverse team, with strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at various levels of the organizationResponsive and ability of deliver in a fast-paces and evolving work environmentSelf-starter, with the ability to manage and drive multiple projects with limited supervisionExcellent communication both written and verbalMastery of Microsoft ExcelPreferred Qualifications / Competencies : Experience in the telecommunications or media industriesFluency in both official languages#LI-ST1Bilingualism is an asset (English and French);
