Job description :
Standard OCM delivery frameworks, activities and tools. As part of that understanding, you will be asked to help develop overall change strategies and planning.
This position will also implement change strategies, meet business requirements and ensure successful adoption in technology and human capital.
Essential Job Functions :
Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology and organization structures.
Apply a structured change management process and tools to create change management strategy and plans.
Leads and implement change initiatives and work-streams related to any project for which there is an OCM component.
Develop, analyze and report on change readiness assessments.
Lead the development, delivery and management of stakeholder management plans, communication plans, resistance management plans and engagement plans.
Work with PM / PMO to integrate change management activities into project plan.
Coordinate with other initiatives to make sure there is common understanding on timelines and other overlaps.
Drives adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization.
Develop project strategies and plans including stakeholder assessments, communications, leadership alignment, change readiness and end-user training.
Oversees team execution in accordance with project plans, tools and methods.
Prepares presentations and lead / facilitate meetings.
Develops short and long-term goals, KPIs and objectives.
Partners with business to ensure an understanding of the current culture and jointly develop readiness assessments and change adoption plans.
Facilitates change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption
Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations.
Ideal Work Experience / Profile
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation;
Strong working knowledge in the planning and implementation of some of the following change or transformation management activities : stakeholder analysis & engagement;
communications strategy, planning and execution; program branding and promotion; key message development, change network, impact assessment, organization design & alignment, change readiness, end user training, and digital transformations
Experience with Business and IT Transformations
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of O365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
Experienced in Office 365 roll-out and adoption a plus
Ability to lead or work on multiple, large, time-sensitive projects or work streams
Must have experience influencing stakeholders in written and oral communications;
Experience working with third party providers
Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and relationship building skills
Ability to fully integrate and interact with global working teams
Competencies / Knowledge
Microsoft Office 365 suite
Expertise in Change Management tools and methodologies;
Education / Accreditation / Technical Expertise
BA or BS Degree in related area of study, a plus.
Change Management Professional certification, a plus.
