We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

You will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

This position may require occasional travel.

If you are familiar with account management software, have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behaviour, we’d like to meet you.

Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.

1. Sales

  • Connecting with warm and cold leads to sell a premium solution in deals ranging from $50,000 - $2,000,000
  • Achievement of individual targets on a quarterly basis, as determined in tandem with Sales leadership
  • Travel to client sites, conferences and trade shows (once it's safe to travel)
  • 2. Develop proposals for potential and existing clients

  • Work in tandem with internal departments to develop quotes for clients
  • 3. Develop and Manage Key Relationships

  • Internally with Purchasing, Project Mangers, and Design teams to ensure on time and accurate delivery of products and services to clients
  • Externally with clients and vendors
  • Requirements

  • 1- 3 years of experience with B2B or B2C Sales preferably in hospitality, millwork, or kitchen / cabinetry industry
  • Proven track record with selling products
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude to learn other programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Driven, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn
