As a part of the Bell Brand team, you will be helping to lead the launch and evolution of our Search Marketing capabilities.
This is a great opportunity to manage Search Marketing campaigns for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the country.
We are actively seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Search in either our Montreal or Toronto office who will become an integral member of our Digital Performance team.
Job Duties / Responsibilities :
Work closely with our agency partners to onboard technology, adapt processes, and ensure flawless hand-off of search marketing responsibilities and overall account management
Lead, manage, supervise, motivate and mentor a team of Search Specialists
Develop and shape account strategy to continuously improve account performance
Adopt best-in-class innovative ad formats and tools to break the mold and drive performance
Understand team and product needs, grow relationships and build trust
Provide team members with support in developing, implementing, managing, optimizing and reporting on SEM campaigns for various accounts
Perform quality control on all team outputs including reports, post analyses, campaign setups and any other deliverables adhering to Bell’s standards and best practices
Monitor campaign budgets to make sure they are being managed properly by team members and that all reporting, launch and deliverable deadlines are being met
Report on SEM campaign performance using various reporting platforms including Search Ads 360 (SA360), Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Data Studio and other third-party reporting tools
Join and participate in campaign briefings, strategy roadmap preparation, presentations, and reporting calls
Communicate effectively with internal account teams (offline and online) in order to make sure we are running fully integrated marketing campaigns
Stay abreast of the latest trends in the Search Marketing industry in North America through constant research, article reading, webinars, and industry events
Critical Qualifications / Competencies :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Search Marketing (SEM)
Experience managing, mentoring, supervising, and coaching small teams
Proven track record of success in managing, optimizing, and reporting on SEM campaigns
Ability to integrate and synergize SEM and SEO campaigns for maximum impact
Strong analytical skills with an innate ability to generate actionable insights from data interpretation
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies :
Advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics platforms
Experience with Digital Call Tracking platforms
Experience with Search Ads 360, Adobe Marketing Cloud and Google’s Campaign Manager (formerly DCM)
You have solid working knowledge of ad operations (tagging, ad serving, etc.)
You are a seasoned search marketer and have instincts needed to know which levers to pull to drive results
You have the technical know-how to analyze and work with multiple data sets from different sources
You are an effective data-driven manager, team leader, interpersonal communicator, and mentor
You enjoy working with people and have stellar communication skills
You are passionate about growing your career in Search Marketing

You love data, have strong instincts, good organizational and great analytical skills
You pay extreme attention to detail, thrive under pressure, and are a team player
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
