The STEAR portfolio aims to embed a culture of evidence-informed decision-making and to support the implementation of best practices as part of routine AKEBO program operations, with the objective of furthering the AKEB mandate in Canada.
About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities :
As Deputy STEAR, you will :
Assist Member STEAR in collaborating with the National STEAR Member and AKEBO Portfolio Members / Chair / Hon Sec to develop regional-level objectives, outcomes and key results (OKRs) for every quarter.
Assist Member STEAR in reporting status of the OKRs to the National Team and Council for Ontario (CFO).
Assist Member STEAR in liaising with local members to report regional participant and access numbers for local AKEB programming (part of OKRs).
Assist Member STEAR in collaborating with the National STEAR Member on local evaluation requirements, processes and support that is required at the local level.
Once approved, lead implementation of phase 2 of the ECD project (i.e., utilize the findings from ECD needs assessment research to design, develop, implement, and monitor a secular ECD referral process for the AKEBO target group).
