Lease Management Assistant

Our client, a large and highly reputable real estate investment firm across Canada and owner of numerous properties, is

currently looking for a Lease Management Assistant to join their team and work directly with lease managers.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support (answering calls, emails, and digital filing / archiving and photocopying);
  • Maintain up-to-date records and follow up with other departments : construction, leasing and accounting;
  • Manage irrevocable letters of credit and initiate credit investigations and other related requests;
  • Draft various documents such as : weekly and monthly reports, contracts and correspondence;
  • All other related tasks.
  • Requirements :

  • Fully bilingual (excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Training in administration, secretarial or equivalent;
  • Excellent writing and interpretation skills;
  • Minimum four years experience in a similar position.
