The responsibilities of the Sales Advisor in theKitchens department are :

  • Greetcustomers warmly and ensure a good customerexperience;
  • Assess customer needs an provideexpert advice on kitchen departmentproducts;
  • Present the design to customer in theform of a computer assisted draft;
  • Read andmodify kitchen and bathroom plans;
  • Support themarketing of products in its department such as : display ofmerchandise, visual presentation andlabelling;
  • Keep up to date with new productsand their functions;
  • Ensure and participate inthe maintenance of his department;
  • Be aware ofcurrent promotions and flyers;
  • Develop a basicknowledge of all the departments in thestore;
  • If required, operate a forklift, inaccordance with the procedures and policies of theorganization;
  • Comply with policies andprocedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods and healthand safety;
  • Perform other duties as requestedby the supervisor.
