The responsibilities of the Sales Advisor in theKitchens department are :
Greetcustomers warmly and ensure a good customerexperience;
Assess customer needs an provideexpert advice on kitchen departmentproducts;
Present the design to customer in theform of a computer assisted draft;
Read andmodify kitchen and bathroom plans;
Support themarketing of products in its department such as : display ofmerchandise, visual presentation andlabelling;
Keep up to date with new productsand their functions;
Ensure and participate inthe maintenance of his department;
Be aware ofcurrent promotions and flyers;
Develop a basicknowledge of all the departments in thestore;
If required, operate a forklift, inaccordance with the procedures and policies of theorganization;
Comply with policies andprocedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods and healthand safety;
Perform other duties as requestedby the supervisor.
