The Technical Support Representative is the first line ofcontact for our clients customers. They will represent Teleperformance and ourclients in a professional and responsible manner.
Primary Duties,Responsibilities and Requirements (includebut not limited too)
Responsible for all customer inquiries andquestions
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Address and solve technical problems in atimely manner and complete all work assignments within expected time frames.
Follow up to customer inquiries by takingspecific action in a timely manner
Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
Identify customers who are comparison-shoppingand inquiring about contract terms
Work with confidential customer information
Problem solve to help customers resolve issueson first call
Enters data from customers into varioussoftware programs
Appropriately communicate with upset customersto resolve their inquiries
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced,high-energy, change-oriented environment
Performs other related duties and assignmentsas required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
6months Call Center experience preferred
Mustbe 18 years old
HighSchool Graduate or GED
Advancedcomputer technical skills
Technicalsupport experience IOS, tablets, desktop
Experiencedwith computer software programs
Abilityto use desktop computer system and hardware, e.g. mouse, keyboard
Logicalproblem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Provenoral and written communication skills consistent with our testing
Musthave availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needs.Hours of operation are Monday to Sunday 7am - 11pm
